Fix my French doors

My villas French doors- 4 sets- need shaving off at bottom to close properly, and have new hardware installed to close them - currently they have nothing. It’s urgent, my dogs keep escaping I also have a hole I needed filled with some gib. And I can imagine there’s some other things I’m going to think of…..
