Restore internal wooden doors

We have several wooden internal doors that need restoring. Some are painted white, some are varnished. I want them all painted white. They will also need to be trimmed at the bottom, due to new carpet laid. We also need new door handles installed, this will include cutting a larger hole in the door for the handle. May also include changing the shape of the latch hole. I will supply new hinges and handles. I have between 8-10 doors.
