Front Door Removal & Replacement
Job description
Kia ora team, we have a front door that the previous owner has sealed shut using a sealant of some kind. We'd like to replace the existing door with a new one. Job would include the below: - Remove existing door preferably retaining existing frame - Install new door - Installation of lock/latch etc. - Installation of peephole - Removal of old door and installation related rubbish Interior dimension of the frame looks to be 1980 x 760, we're looking for a simple door design similar to 'Hume Doors 1980 x 760 x 40mm Ultimo XU21 Entrance Door' Peephole similar to 'Yale Wide Angle Door Viewer 50mm Satin Chrome Finish' Simple key lock/lever similar to 'Miles Nelson Satin Nickel Verona Square Rosette Entrance Set' Cheers,

Initials comms was quick, and quote completed the next day. Quote breakdown was clear and detailed and cost was very fair considering the labour involved in removing the old door. Work was done over a couple of days, and included a couple of fixes to the door frame to ensure a tight fit for the new door. Door sits perfectly, door handle latches perfectly and lock is smooth. No rattle or movement. Very pleased with the work done, would happily use Lochie again.
