Trim doors, alter door way for carpets, sand/seal doors

We are getting carpet installed and need internal bifold doors and entry French doors to be trimmed. While the French doors are off, are keen to get the doors sanded and refinished, as well as repair a chunk that was broken off the doors (we have the missing bit). We also want to see if we can raise the bottom of the door frame as the carpet is likely to be above it.
