Need the back door replaced and installed on our rental house as the other one is swollen and old. It will also need a new handle and deadlock put on. We don't mind if it is a recycled door/handle/lock system as are just wanting it to work.....look nicer than it currently does plus not be too expensive since it is in a rental house. Best time frame for this to be completed by is before Feb 21st so I can paint it when I come down that weekend (unless painting is included in the cost?) I should be able to supply the paint :) Receipt needed. Thanks!
