Sticking sliding door to bathroom

We have a cavity sliding door that leads into the ensuite bathroom. It is not sliding smoothly - it seems to be quite stuck on the runner. We would really like this looked at as soon as possible as we’d like it to be able to run smoothly again. I work from home Thurs/Fri so can provide access and talk through the problem onsite.
