Wooden French Door Restoration

I purchased a set of very old and fragile French Doors off TradeMe - one of the doors is fine the other has dry rot in it. It seems like the lower half of the door needs to be replaced/repaired - The bottom Rail needs to be replaced completely and the rail that runs down the middle of the door between the glass, the last few inches are rotten as well. I have no clue who to go to? and I dont want to spend a fortune on the restoration of it either, its missing glass panes but I can do that myself. Pictures attached, the door is upside down missing the bottom Rail (it fell off) Thanks Tania
