Replace exterior door frame

I have a door and door frame that has rotted out the bottom due to the January floods. I need the door and door frame replaced. It is an exterior door for a storage room. Viewing the property to understand what is needed would likely be easiest. I would be open to removing the whole door frame and starting from scratch if that is easiest to ensure the waterproofing on the outside is sound.
