Door handle replacement - not just any door handle

I have a door handle I urgently need to replace. I have no idea if I can buy it from a store as from what I know this house was built a long time ago and I don't know if they still sell these door handles. I need the exact same one. This is the only part of the door handle I have. I don't have the handle for the other side either! Nor do I have the part that connects this door handle and the other door handle. Please let me know if you can help @ an affordable price please!
