Tradesman turned up unannounced, on a day I fortunately was working from home (company had sent a text earlier that day, but I hadn't seen it at that time). Did work beyond the quote, tried to charge for 9.5 hrs when was only onsite for around 8, did a very bad job (see photos), has damaged surrounding plaster, removed external flashing, frame doesn't meet walls or ground. Company has not responded to emails, calls, or texts, since I sent them these pictures 12 days ago.
