Job description
I need an external door of some sort to protect the weather from coming into my back porch, my back door has a cat door so would need something a cat door can also go into

The job was not done to the conversation and measure and quote, I believe a very cheap timber has been used leaving hammer marks Knots in the wood and nails not hammered in properly also a piece of timber where nail put in has a bad split in it, Im also not sure the clear lite is the sun tuff that should have been used , It wasn't until I set out the following day to paint the wood frame I relised how bad this job looked , Builder agreed to come replace split wood , this hasn't happened ,

"Hi Pauline, very sorry you’re unhappy with the job. As discussed on the site visit we were extending by one sheet of clear lite, which we did. Also the timber used was standard treated timber ( not a cheap timber ). The clear lite was also sun tuff. Upon leaving you were happy with the job it wasn’t till a few days later I heard from you. I am coming to replace the split timber just had a hectic start to the year sorry. I would really like to resolve this with you."
