Replace windows seals + new fixture

I have very old aluminium windows on the house, and one of the fixtures has just recently come off. There are 11 windows in various sizes - and I'm looking to have the seals swapped out so the windows are air tight - most are loose in that you can rock the fixture forwards/backwards and the windows have a gap. There is also one window where it appears either from the seal or some other issue, that the top of the window now has an air gap. I'm looking to have them repaired and/or fixtures/seals replaced.
