Replace rotten timber in window casing
Job description
We have some rot in the corner of outer window casing (see pics). I'm hoping that all that needs doing is replacing the strip of timber with the rot in it, and maybe patching a small piece next to it. Of course it will depend on what you find once the rotten piece has been removed, but it doesn't seem to have spread.

Dylan visited to provide a quote within hours of me posting the job. Then returned the very next day to complete the work (replacing some rotten timber in a window casing).
