Dylan was most prompt and efficient. I appreciated is great communication, keeping me well informed, as well as the way he quickly grasped the situation and what I wanted done. I would thoroughly recommend him as a tradesman who I suspect is able to tackle most maitenance tasks (my job was quite small and specific).
