Installation of new door and possibly frame and shelter

Hi. We have purchased a new front door (composite Parkwood, already painted) but we need it installed by a builder. Surround looks ok but would need builder to assess if it needs replacing or not. If so, do that too. We are also interested in a small shelter being built above the door so visitors aren't standing in rain while we answer door. My husband is keen to make a new (thin) step and has the wood so he will probably do that part.
