Front door scrapes the door frame & need a new locking door handle

The door is slightly misaligned and scrapes the bottom of the aluminum door frame, making it hard to open & a horrible noise too. I think the door needs new hinges or the old ones need fixing. Also the door handle lock is missing (the locking mechanism part) so need a new door handle as well. Would be great to get this done as soon as possible or before the end of September at the latest.
