Internal door replacement after painting

I will be having all my internal doors and trim repainted soon. As part of this I need all new hardware, handles and jams installed and the doors need to be rehung on new hinges. Four of the doors will probably need to be replaced with new ones so they won't have any existing holes to work with, and two of these will be bi-folds for the lounge entrance, currently the lounge entrance has standard doors One of the doors has a security coded deadbolt lock which will need to be removed for painting and then reinstalled. I require all doors to close firmly and without rattle and finally I need to have a conversation with you about door height as the carpet is going to be replaced with a much thicker one by the end of the year.
