Install Aluminium French Doors

Remove existing window from a brick veneer unit. Internal dimensions are 3030 wide x 2170 tall. I will purchase a second hand aluminium doors set which I will do after a quote to ensure I choose correct size - however the ones I am looking at are either --- or --- . Sizes of French doors to be finalised after quote and chat so I know I can purchase one of these sizes or approximate. So French doors will be slightly smaller in width and height of current window so some form of packing material will be required that suits house (hardiboard or similar?) Ideally I would like job completed after quote ASAP.
