Fitting external French doors

We have a very large window in our lounge, and would like a set of French doors in their place. We are buying salvaged doors that have the correct dimensions, but will obviously need the wall below the window removed as they will start at the floor. As it is such a large window, it's also a small section of wall. The house is concrete block. We need someone to remove the wall and fit the door unit, sealing it against the elements. I'm looking for rough quotes so I can figure out how realistic it is for us financially.
