Internal Office wall deconstruction, etc. & door installation

We are an office in Avonhead that is only 4 years old. We need a wall removed and we need a door in the back of the office building that goes through to a an adjoining shipping container. This involves carpentry and some steel work (outsourced) and bits and bobs.
