We have a new external door to be hung. The door needs trimming slightly (is slightly too wide and too tall), and the current push-button lock transferred to the new door. The door also has a vertical space for a glass panel (no glass at present), which we would ideally like to be double-glazed.

A lot of delays (days when we had to make time to be at home for the work to commence, but it didn't). Not always directly the tradesman's fault, but he was the person we were dealing with (not any subcontractors) so the responsibility rests with him. The door ended up being put in upside down. We had to agree to disagree about how and why... end result looks "acceptable", not perfect, but still... He did offer a reasonable discount. Overall workmanship & communication - good.

Tradesperson reply
"Pretty disappointing. Door was not upside down, it can go up either way in this circumstance and there was a miscommunication which led to it being up the way it was. The glass company I used was the reason for each and every delay, and ill never be using them again."
