These are a couple small jobs. (1) Replace a broken window latch: I bought a replacement latch from Bunnings. Just need the old one removed and new one to be screwed into the wooden window frame. (2) Fix outside gate: Outside wrought iron gate may have sagged or become mis-aligned. We can still close the gate, but the bolt doesnt go all the way into the small hole in the wooden post. So the gate will easily blow open in any sort of wind because it isnt being held shut by the bolt. I think it may be a case of tightening the hinges that hold the gate in place. It used to fit perfectly, but over the last year slowly it got a bit harder to get it to work (to get the bolt to hit home in the hole), and now its not going into the hole at all, just sits near the edge. I expect its not a difficult job for someone who knows what they are doing. The gate is not a large gate, just a small gate at the entrance to a small flat. There is a padlock on the front but its not locked in the picture I provided. The bolt looks like it is sitting in the hole in the picture, but its not, its only just reaching it. (3) Third possible odd job: I have always wanted to 'shave' a bit off the bottom of our toilet door. That may sound weird, but when who-ever renovated my flat before I bought it, when they re-tiled the floor, there is almost no space between the bottom of the door and the floor itself and I cant put anything like a soft mat on the floor because the door just runs across it when you open it and bunches it up. Would like someone to maybe see it its possible to do that - take a little off the bottom of the door. If its not feasible to do this, I wont worry about it. I've included photos of the broken window latch, the new one I bought from Bunning and the outside gate, bolt and the hinges etc. Hope that helps. No picture of the bathroom door, but its just a standard wooden door. Thanks!
