Door frame repair - door hanging at angle

The front door of my apartment is hanging at an angle after slamming repeatedly in the wind. I tried tightening the screws in the hinges, but I can’t because the door frame is damaged. The screws just spin round and round without tightening. I would like someone to repair the damage so that my door no longer hangs at an angle. Apartment is about 5 years old. I have attached photos so you can see what kind of door and hinges I have.
