New loft window needed

We’d like to build a custom window in the small loft balcony. This is an interior window primarily for noise reduction and to be able to separate the air flow as we’ve added more heat pumps around the house. We’d like to be able to open it as well so open to ideas for shapes/styles. The roof is angled so will need custom. Was thinking wood framing but open to suggestions here as well.
