Cedar Joinery Refurb

We have several sets of cedar colonial style windows & doors with dried out putty, weathered finish and the hinges are showing signs of rust. The frames were originally stained, and some have subsequently been painted over. We want to replace the putty & hinges, strip, prep and if possible repaint. We are aware that the previous stain finish could potentially preclude this and re-staining might be required. 6 x Double casement 2 x single casement (one hinged per photo, one fixed) 2 x single awning 2 x doors 3 x French door sets (hinges replaced on these already) All at ground level.
