I have a two-storey house with a large window on the second floor. One bottom corner of the window frame has rot in both the sill and the jamb (see photo). There is also evidence of water damage on the carpet below. I have not noticed rain running down the interior surface of the window nor down the window frame. Note that the window joinery is aluminium but I suspect that the problem relates more to the watertightness of the external wooden cladding and the repairs would include the wooden window frame. I am looking for someone to diagnose the cause of the problem, to remedy that problem, and to repair the current damage.

Craig was easy to work with. His communication was good, he showed expertise in understanding the problem and proposing a solution, and completed the work to a high standard. I would use Craig again for future work.
