Turned up as advised each time. Communicated programme which was correct. Wanted payment before the job was completed. Materials bought by the client belong to the client. Friendly & good workmanship

"This is one very unrealistic individual, I noted 50% deposit upon approval, she never did after approved, I requested a down payment for the materials the day the job starts, she agreed and promised payment but never did, I had to buy the materials, no charge for calculating pickup and delivery to site. All my invoices were short paid, 6 extra hours unpaid, Lucky to get my final invoice paid a few days over due.
Little bit disappointed, and hope others can view the great job I did for you."
