Jammed pocket door

Hi there. Our bathroom pocket door is jammed. We believe the back rollers have either come off the track or are jammed. We have been unable to get the door fully closed to see what’s stopping it from closing fully. It is also very hard to push back into the pocket. If this can’t be sorted until level 2 we’re happy to wait. We can also arrange to have only one person home keeping distance and masked. Thank you
