Aluminium Glass Ranch Slider Not sliding. Was working - perhaps wheel/roller has collapsed at the handle end. can still open it by sliding - to close it need to lift it up to slide closed. Has an Altherm sticker in the upper track. Not sure if that relates to the door model to work out what is required.
