Fixing of doors in inner city apartment

Hi, the apartment I am moving into has 4 doors which are all in need of some fixing. There must have been a flood in the apartment at some point because all the doors are swollen at the bottom. I also need some locks fixed and the front door closing system came off. I took the closing system off but the door got a bit damaged in the process so it needs filling and sanding. All doors also need painting, I have the paint. cheers! Christina 1. Install bar lock to one door (on inside) 2. Install bedroom lock (with key) 3. Repair damage to top of front door 4. Repair damage to bottom of kitchen door 5. Replace 1 door (rotten at bottom) 6. Possibly replace another (or trim bottom off) 7. Paint all doors (paint supplied)
