bathroom renovation

I'm offering my friend my services as an interior design student to fix and brighten up her small bathroom. It is about 4 square metres. I want new fixtures (bath with shower and vanity) installed and the old ones removed. I want the walls painted and the floors tiled and the small old window replaced with a double glazed one. New lights, exhaust and electric towel heater will need to be installed by an electrician too.
