Demolition/Removal of Concrete Chimney and repair concrete tile roof
Job description
The concrete chimney is cracked and needs to be demolished/removed either completely or down to a safe/efficient point. Repair of the concrete roof tiles will be required also. We have a builder who can patch the weatherboards where required. The fireplace currently has a gas heater which is flued through the chimney. A new gas heater/fireplace will be installed and flued within the internal wall cavity.

Great communication, came in and got the job done effectively and efficiently. Had an issue with the subcontracted roofer who replaced the roof tiles with incorrect type. Ryan got on to them as soon as I made him aware and had them come back to rectify the issue.
