Remove 4 internal walls and paint ceiling

We have a small demolition job which involves removal of 4 internal office walls located at 69 The Terrace (Gleneagles house) Wellington. The 4 internal walls are typical non structural walls with no consents required for removal. Painting of the ceiling above the walls will need to be completed after they are removed along with removal of all rubish and leaving the office clean. THIS WORK IS URGENTLY REQUIRED and needs to be completed by the 7th September 2014. The plan attached shows where there is existing heatpumps which are due to be relocated on Monday 1st September. The walls to be removed are between offices 1, 2, 3 and 4 (see attached plan). 24x7 access can be given if required as there is nobody in the office at the moment.
