Demolition of lean-to

We are re-building our lean-to and need to demolish it. It is about forty square metres and contains a bathroom (tiled floor, bath, shower, vanity, toilet), laundry (tiled floor, toilet) and kitchen (cork floor, rangehood, stove top, cabinetry). It has a corrugated roof and some asbestos. Access is down the side of the house with 1.5m wide path then down some steps (straight down) to the street. Also a brick chimney needs removing.
