We have two decks that need to be stripped. The first is a timber deck and attached planter box that was stained with an oil based stain approximately two years ago shortly after it was built, but unfortunately I didn't like the colour once it was finished. I have done some work in stripping it back but it needs to be finished off. The second deck is smaller and is a Kwila deck. It looks like a long time since any work has been done on this and it needs stripping. I'm keen to get this done in the next week or two so that I can re-stain it.

The communication was good - until the day they arrived to carry out the work. The job was to strip a small and a larger deck & unfortunately the latter has areas (all risers on steps) that look untouched. I've made contact about this - no reply. I got little notice of their payment options & had to leave work in a hurry to get cash for them. I paid based on photos taken when the deck was still wet. A shame but a good lesson - only pay after viewing the work! Cost OK, had job been completed.
