Demolish internal wall and beam. Install new beam.
Job description
We need a stud wall and large beam removing to make way for a new kitchen. We dont think its structural, however we need advice on this at the same time. There is a large beam above but we think it is decorative. Access above and below the kitchen is easy. Above the kitchen is loft space only. A new beam will also need to be installed.
