Cut and remove Concrete slab

Cut and remove approx 7m2 of 100mm reinforced concrete slab that is adjacent to the house. We want to install a garden in the area. It is important that the concrete cut edge is cut flush with the exterior wall. I started but dont have the right tools! The area is shown in the photo attached and includes the area the plants and spade are on plus the BBQ - so it is an L shape.
