Cut, demo and remove concrete

Hi, We have around 60 sq/m of concrete which needs to be demolished from around our house. We will require a neat line cut and then the concrete which has been dug up to be removed. We would like the ground to be prepped for roll out lawn thereafter, so if you are able to help with this too, that would be a plus, but not a deal breaker, as we can contact some other company for this to be sorted.
