Hall demolition in Greytown, Wairarapa. Building will be removed to make room for church housing and new community hall. Hall was slated for removal however that has fallen through. On tight time frame as result. Need demolished no later than late September 2022. Building is on piles. Consists of one large room, one kitchen, two small bathrooms. Approx 140m2. Single story high stud. Site access is via large carpark adjacent to Main Street. Includes native timber flooring. Asbestos - has been tested for asbestos. Asbestos found only in electrical components. These will be removed prior.
