Remove Brick Chimney & Repair Brick Cladding & House exterior & interior. #2

Hi - my brick chimney needs to be removed & the brick cladding repaired in place of where it was. The weatherboard behind it may also require some work and the tiles in the roof replaced (I have enough spare tiles to cover the space). See photos re height. Im also open to ideas re inside the house which will need some work as well. I’m happy to keep the bricks. I require a written quote please. Timing is flexible. The chimney has started to lean outwards so consideration should be made re safety. If you are only interested in part of the job that’s fine as well just quote the part you can do with the overall picture in mind.
