Carefully demolish and remove ceiling from car port. Remove and sweep/vacuum all debris/materials and remove form the property. Nothing to be left behind. Likely to be asbestos, but unknown. Odd shape but estimated at 19 m2. Leave above roofing structure and roof. Good access to property. Car port will be cleared of all personal items. Job can commence in 1-week.
