External Brick Chimney Removal

Greetings. I have a brick chimney on a single storey, weatherboard house, that needs to be removed. It is located on the exterior of the dwelling. Access is easy and it should be a simple job. I have attached a photo of the chimney. The tree in the picture has been cut down so access is easier than reflected in the picture. No repair needs to be completed to the roof... just no further damange. The chimney only needs to be taken down to just below the floor level so that the house can be easily lifted and removed. It would be good if the job could be done on Monday 17th or Tuesday 18th. Many Thanks.
