Remove small interior wall.demo only

Need a qualified builder JUST TO REMOVE a interior wall between my toilet and bathroom . I dont think it is a load bearing wall.photos attached. Access to ceiling space is just above the toilet door. Could be a quick 1 hour job for proffessionals unless council permit is required. Please advise when doing quote. There is a cold water tap on the same wall which might need attention and included in the quote. Plan is to permanently close the bathroom door using GIB board and make the space bigger. disregard any electrical work, this will be taken care of before demolition
