I have a site that I am planning on subdividing. As part of that, I need to demolish/remove a garage. As you can see from the photos, access is not an issue. The garage wall does make up part of teh boundary fencing so there needs to be consideration of the neighborus as part of this (potentially leaving the boundary wall in place).
