Carport fixed or removed

I am selling my house. The carport is not consented. The buyer does not want to buy the house with the carport not being consented. The carport is attached to the sleep-out. We either want to remove the whole carport or detach it from the sleep-out if possible. Could you please quote me what either option would roughly cost? I have attached picture of carport.
