New house and renovation of bathroom and toilet

Hi there Just wanting a quote on demolition a existing sleepout that is located at the back of our main house and rebuilding it into a small 2 or 3 bedroom house/ cottage house for a reasonable price. We were also like it just slightly off the ground as our existing sleepout is. It is an old sleepout with both concrete and wooden walls around and has 2 single doors. Just wanting to know if someone is actually able to come out and draw a plan around it, also a pricing of renovating bathroom and toilet of the main house in the front.
