Rotten old garden shed, requires dismantling, breaking down and disposal. Either tipping or the successful tradie can keep. Will need breaking down on site, as has to be removed via a narrow garden, unit can't be removed fully built. Interior wooden frame is rotted through. Also a few roofing tiles to be disposed of.
