Removal of two brick chimneys

Im seeking a local company to provide a quote and confirm availability for end Jan - mid Feb 2024 after settlement on my new house. As per the pictures there are two brick chimneys above roof level, one is completely decommissioned and the old fire place has been removed/covered inside, the other has a fireplace insert which is still in use so there will need to be some sort of chimney/flue left behind for that. I've put a picture of the fire box on the add for reference. I would like the brick chimneys removed to roof level, the rest under the roofline can remain. I have been advised the pitch is apx 35 degrees,, it still has its original concrete tiled roof which will need to be made good where the chimneys are removed. Thanks Alysha
