Demolition of Sleepout

We need to demolish and remove the old sleepout. Outside: weatherboard cladding Roof: Iron Windows/Doors: wooden frames and aluminium frames Inside: gib walls with pink bats inside the walls Floor: concrete Power: power available, old switch board Water: water pipes connected externally for gardening. no internal water connections. We can disconnect the water. Power must be disconnected from the main house by an electrician. Rest everything must be removed including the concrete foundation. Sleepout located at the backyard. Easy access through the driveway. No asbestos visible /to our knowledge. Needs to be done ASAP preferably prior to Christmas if possible.
