Carport demolition and removal of concrete slab and concrete blocks

We have an existing covered in carport that has glass as well as brick and board panelling. We need to remove this carport and the concrete slab to have it replaced. We would require the carport to be demolished including the slab and the debris removed. Could we have an itemised quote for removing the debris please so we can work out whether it is more cost effective to do this ourselves.
